I can't get the function to switch from TV to DVD
I don't know how to play a DVD on my system. The remotes don't seem to control any function but on/off and volume. I can't use the up/down buttons and must punch in each channel for TV. I have owned this system for several years but only others have used it. I need guidance.

Previously Tech Support here of ATT Uverse. For your issue you may want to try this steps by changing the input: click number 7(same as input) on your att remote you should have input lists on your tv screen. If not doing anything use your TV remote and find there input,source or tv/video and you should have input lists on your tv screen. For the input you should choose HDMI 1 or 2 if you are using HDMI cable. If not try to choose anything on the input lists and you should get the right input in order for you to watch on your DVD and going back to TV. Hope it helps
