I can't get the new Franklin Explorer 14 language translator to back light or respond verbally
A good friend purchased the Franklin EST-7014 14 language global translator - and could not follow the esoteric instructions... so he asked me to help get the verbal portion working and turn on the back light feature, but I was not able to find any tutorial online and the instructions do not help.
