I can't get the screen up. I see its plugged in fine to my laptop, and the on light is green. However, no picture on screen Is there any type of bulbs to replace? Thanks

Does it work with Desk top PC OK?
When you use it with laptop, you need to use Fn key and either F4,5,6, or 7 depends on your laptop to select how the display will work: both, extenal ony, internal. Please post back.
