You will need to open the router set up page. Is there any computer connected to the router. If not then connect the computer to the router and open the router set up page. reduce the MTU settings to 1365. You will also need to open some ports on the router. Click Here for more info.
In order for you to do that you have to connect to your router first as in login to it. Find your routers default password and login to it from your browser. To get your routers ip address go to start>run>cmd and type ipconfig. Where it says deafult gateway that is your routers ip address. After you get that you put that ip address into your browser then hit ENTER and it will ask for the password enter it and then you will be able to configure your router as well as the NAT settings
