I encourage you to stop spamming Fixya. It is a free site. You are not posting to any administrator, merely to geographically dispersed volunteers and others who post questions. It neither interferes with business interests nor even keeps going to an individual. It is simply noise among postings of people seeking answers to questions.
Fixya has no way to re-open Facebook accounts. Facebook implemented new security procedures which resulted in a number of people being locked out. Only Facebook support can reactivate an account at Facebook. The links above are to sections of that help. In short, if you can not persuade Facebook to reactivate your account, there is nothing any Fixya volunteer can do about it. You would have to open a new Facebook account and be very careful about recording what information you used to do so.
