I cant loosen the bit on my dremel variable 395. The hole that the 'stop rotary pin' enters which stops the shaft from spinning is stripped out. The pin will not stay in place when I attempt to unscrew the bit. Guess thats why you dont let *********** use your tools. Any tips?

Clamp the bit in a vise or with vise-grips (you will probably ruin it) to hold it while you loosen the collet. You can disassemble the tool and get the lock assembly P/N 2615297356 from for less than $2.00. Search for the part number on line for a source.
