I cant print on cds
Hey folks,
I have an Epson RX560 and it prints normally on paper fine, but suddenly when I try to print on CD, it looks like its going to work and then on my computer it says the tray is set to the wrong setting to print on paper. Well of course it is, because don't want to print on paper, I want to print CDs instead.
Has anyone encountered this problem before and if so how do I fix it?? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot! Clare :-)

Clare.... are you putting the actual cd into the printer ?

guess i didn't notice you had a mac... if i read that right.... is there a way to confirm that the printer you are trying to use is in fact the default printer.... at this stage from what you have said.... you will need to reinstall the printer software again. then go in and fix the settings.
I'll be away from the computer for about an hour (heck i'm a volunteer i can do that). please do let me know if that fixes it. if not i'll do some research on it. the other reason i suspect software is that as it appears you are saying the printer does recognize it... but perhaps the software was corrupted by the other printer install.
