I cant see my external lacie hard drive on my mac with the Lacie Network Assistant. The hard drive is visible with the finder though. With the dashboard and with the finder I am able to move or copy files to the hard drive but why does the network assistant keep telling me that there are no ethernetdisks available?

for the product that you selected for your question, it is impossible for the LaCie Network Assistant to see it because it is a Local drive (USB).
The LaCie Network Assistant only detects the Network LaCie drives.
