I can't seem to log in to my net fluid. It tells me that I am not connected to the Internet but I don't know where to go to re connect?

I can't seem to log in to my net fluid. It tells me that I am not connected to the Internet but I don't know where to go to re connect?

My TV are connected with "network" connection. How your's? If WiFi- check out WiFi, if with "network" pin, check out pin (socket).
