I can't seem to post an answer at all today. I get a response Opps, try again. Have I lost the ability to post answers?

Don't know why, I lost the ability to Post or comment on the 14th. Came back on the 15th. No reply to my tech support submission.
Currently, the site hangs up for me on Re-Categorize.
In Need Of many things, not the least any kind of effective moderation or blocking of spammers.
