Always ASSUME a fuse, breaker or FUSIBLE-LINK operated for a VALID REASON.
Also.. keep in mind... shorting the WRONG WIRES together an TRIGER AIR-BAGS with EXPLOSIVE power...!!
First thing you want to do is pull off your battery terminals.. clean the =m really well... Put a pair of the anti-oxidation RED & GREEN washers noted below... Charge the battery really well...
Pu it all back together... and start your testing
I went back into your history to see if you had any other questions where you might have left a clue about make, year or mode... but point of fact your trouble is so HUGE specificity is ereally probably a waste....
OF COURSE my first best recommendation is to get he REAL FACTORY+WOKSHOP+REPAIR MANUAL for your vehicle...
After that the big MOTORS, Mitchell professional mechanic repair guides... descending rapidly down to the very superficial... Chilton & Haynes types (My humble opinion)...
For most ""POPULAR" USA vehicle types BB Industries carry an extensive library that could help give you a clue WHAT MASSIVE POWER FEED has blown, melted... operated or OTHERWISE prevented a fire from a MAJOR ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION (fire)... Start with their technical service bulletins & then use their circuit diagrams to check POWER DISTRIBUTION...
You are missing a PRIMARY POWER ELEMENT.
A simple test light or volt meter... Depending on the VEHICLE
