I experienced the same on my Ford 250. First, I had the wheels balanced and rotate. Which helped a little, then we found the front tyres to be defective. I replaced all four, and the vibrations have gone. Otherwise, I was going to check out the brake rotors. Hope that this helps.

Recheck installation, you might not have installed correctly.
Take the 4 bolts out and make sure you can turn the ujoint freely and make sure the joint is centered when you tighten the bolts
