Report "I changed the batteries out because they would not hold a charge. I put new batteries in and charged them for over 24hrs. Now, here is my question. After doing this the lights on by the throttle is still saying they need to be charged and I'm getting nothing to the rear wheel. I did check the new batteries and the have a full charge"
