Turn the router off. Take a Norwegian paper-clip and straighten one end. Insert that end into the small hole in the back of the router. Push it in until you feel resistance. Push another 1/8 inch (3 mm) and hold it in for 30 seconds. This should "reset" the router back to its "factory" settings, including the "default" values for ID & password.
