I-class cutting issues
Hi, I am printing on an i-class printer multiple label formats. We are using a roll of 2.5" continual media and are utilizing the cutting mechanism. One of our labels is printer on the length of the media and is approx 3.5" long this label prints perfect no matter how many copies we request. the issue is with our small label 2" x 1" that we have on a horizontal position across the media. The first label will print and cut immidately following the border, and labels there after will print and then leave enough white space for another label before cutting and printing again. If I form feed between every label it resets and is fine again. Do you have any suggestions as to what might cause this extra white space on additional labels. I thought about the backfeed option before cutting but this only works with single label request, you can't use the qty option. Please help

You need to calibrate the printer using the instructions located in the manual. This should be in area 5.2 of the manual. If you don't have the manual you can download them at this address along with software updates and firmware updates.

Label printers are always finicky. I have strtix printers where I work and they give off wacky errors too.
