Hello-When I first bounght and connected this external HDD to my Windows XP old PC it connected just fine and I transferred all my files on to it, also the ones in my office computer no problem... but now that I trying to connect it to my new laptop (Windows Vista) it connects fine, it tells me new Hdwe found and ready to use - no problems - but then I cannot see it to transfer data to or from it... I re-connected it to the old PC and I cannot see it there either (in my windows explorer)?
Any ideas?
