I couldont hear any voice from my speakers

I have compaq presario 700.i download a file from internet and my laptop is nit protected with antivirus.so now it has virus.i install a new windows without formating drive c but i couldnot find the install shield for instaling voise card.and i couldnot hear any voice from the speakers.now,whould you tell me how can i find it or maybe i can download it from this site or other solution you offer.
