I did a hard reset on Verizon moto g prepaid that I use only for wifi, I bypassed setup wizard & got back to home screen but the message "commserver has started"
I am able to get on wifi, the reason I did this to begin with was I was unable to download apps from play store..this hasn't helped..it still will not let me put in my google acct...any suggestions?

Hi Claudio, that is usually a glitch with the charger. I'd suggest try a different charger or cable.
