I don't have direct experience with Nexxtech routers, but every other brand I've ever worked with did not require a driver. Perhaps you mean the software that came with the unit? That software would give you a wizard that would walk you through configuring the router, but is not necessary. You can configure the router through it's web interface.
With a computer connected to the router via an ethernet/network cable, open a browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and go to http://192.168.0.1. That should bring up the web interface, where you can configure it.
