I DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL REMOTE. THE TV IS CONNECTED TO A SATELITE FEED. AFTER A FEW SECONDS ON SOME CHANNELS THE SCREEN GOES BLANK AND A MESSAGE COMES ON "PROTECTED TV PG-14" IS AN EXAMPLE. HOW DO I CORRECT THIS PROBLEM? SYMPHONIC TELEVISION

Walmart sells a ge universal remote in the check out it is a three in one remote. for five bucks. it does everything i own. except a twenty five year old tv. it will even access the menus on my ac unit.
check it out. you may have to use the manual program mode on the thing but it will probaly work
