Twain Hi, normally, if you have installed the complete driver set, the easiest way is to run a program with scanning capability i.e. photoshop, or word. the software normally given with a scanner is a 'twain' which becomes linked to the picture receiving program. If you have MS word (I'll use this as an example ), ensure the scanner software is installed, the scanner switched on and connected to the computer correctly click Insert select picture then scanner - (or it may say twain). At this point the scanner mini program - the 'twain' should start and then follow the scanner instructions and a scan of whatever you have selected should be inserted into the word document. Bit of trivia - TWAIN stands for Tool With An Interesting Name - yup it really is!.
