I do not know mt myspace pass word I do know the e-mail but when I click to have it sent to my e-mail it says it does but I never get an e-mail. It is an old e-mail that I had to reopen so I do know if that matters?

Yes, unfortunately, many have had the same problem. If the email had to be reinstated, then Myspace will not deliver. I have seen many that had to delete the myspace and then resign up for this purpose.
You can, however try and send an meail to the support team and they can assist you. I would think they have many request for this but it is worth a try.
