I have the Omron Pedometer HJ 112. After doing the elliptical and doing a bit of walking, I checked my pedometer kcal function, and only 203 showed up. It doesn't make sense because the elliptical read waaaay differently. Furthermore, the steps I took, including the aero steps, were way more than previous days, but for some reason, the kcals I consumed the previous days were more than todays.
