There are two kinds of microphones, One with 3.5mm jack pin and one with USB.
Connect your microphone to your computer using connector you have, it should be on back of your computer or infront of your laptop.... Then depending on windows you are using ..
In wondows 7
Right click on the Sound icon on your side bar (Sound icon is right beside where it shows date) then select play back device and then go into (recording) tab and then right click on mic and enable it..
If youare using different windows then you can just do right click on sound icon and then volume mixer and enable mic option.
