Take a ball point pen and push it into the reset hole on the back of the router and hold it there for 15 seconds and then release. type 192.168.1.1 in your browser and you should be able to log in to it again.

this should be what your ip standard would be for router if you dont have a router the ip will be of a serviced number by your service provider
but heres the easy way remove the network connection and software and reinstall this will give you back your ip properly because the comp will find in its plug and play format
