Report "I download and install Guardian Monitor 9 Pro. Norton removes it. I got Norton to exclude it, reinstalled. Then I could not get into Internet Explorer 8. I removed Norton thinking it was a problem, removed and reloaded Monitor. still could not access IE8. As soon as I remove the Monitor, I have access to IE 8. I even stopped Windows Firewall. I have Windows 7"
