I downloaded Calendar Creator 12 a couple of years ago and have been using it at the end of each year to create calendars. However, when I try to open the program on my hard drive, a window pops up with the heading "Symantec Workspace Streaming Portal Login" and asks for a username and password. I can't get past that and can't find anything about it on Borderbund's website. Can you help?

Symantec is foreign for Norton, probably your antivirus software.
If you've set up a password for Norton is should be that. You need to tell Norton to allow use of your software.
If you don't use Norton anymore, you need to un-install it properly.
