I dropped my phone and now the sccreen is black and I can't see who is calling. I took the battery out and put it back in, no luck. What can I do? I also turned it off and turned it back on, it still has a black screen

The screen is either broken, the screen backlight is damaged or the connector from the screen to the phone circut board is disconnected or damaged. you would be better off getting a new phone
