I fill up the back tray with water and it tries to pull the water into the machine however I barely get a quarter cup of coffee. It seems like there is clog that prevents the water from getting through the machine. How do i fix or clean????

Check the charcoal filter at the bottom of the tray where you place the water, it may be clogged or desperately needing replacement
