I fitted a saniflo plus about 3 months ago engineer been out 5 times even changed unit last engineer said it was toilet paper stuck in tiny hole at bottom of motor he said it was due to not flushing properly as push button loo . toilet has been used once since last engineers visit even changed paper to cheaper thin stuff and its blocked again cant keep taking toilet out its now costing me money r these things really worth the greath they *** with

This could be a problem with the capacitor which drives the blade and impeller. If it goes bad it will pump water only but when solids are flushed, it will jam the blade and cause it not to spin. You may have to replace the capacitor/condenser.
