I followed the TV manual instructions to connect my MLT3221 Memorex tv to my new Toshiba laptop, which has Windows. The laptop screen flashes black like it is connecting to the TV but I get nowthing but the blue TV screen with the words "Not Support!" Can you help?
Televison & Video - Memorex - MLT3221 32 in. LCD TV
Initially, determine and postback the model number of the Toshiba laptop. Additionally, describe how the laptop is connected to the Memorex MLT3221 TV; HDMI, DVI, VGA, S-Video or composite video (yellow jack) and what version of Windows.
Offhand, have you tried:
temporarily lowering the laptop's Screen resolution (in the Display Properties/Settings);
temporarily lowering the laptop's Screen refresh rate to 60Hz (in the Display Properties/Settings/Advanced/Monitor);
cycling through the available display options using Fn + F? keys. The F? would be the Function Key with the small monitor/TV icon in blue. Choices are - built-in LCD only, LCD + external (TV), TV only;
in some models/version, TV display would have to be enabled as a 2nd monitor (in the Display Properties/Settings).

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
To my understanding, the Memorex MLT3221 TV has a maximum resolution of 1366 X 768. Try this or a step lower on the laptop.
Glad that you got it figured out, congratulations.
Appreciate the rating.
Cheers.
