I forgot my skype password, the recovery email addresses listed is not in operation any more. resetting via website not working. What else can I do to open my skype again?

Go to skype.com see contacts page. see phone # call them we are not them ok? call them we are not like tin gods here. all we can do is point. only skype can fix skype, it's there service/severs and their rules. VOIP services.
I would open a new skype account using another email address and forget about the old account.
