Start up your notebook and log in at the admnistrator account (the default pass is "blank"). In case you don't see the account press ctrl+alt+del twice and type user: administrator and leave blank the password. After loading the windows (may take time if this account has never been again activated) go to start>settings>control panel>administrator tools>users and change your account's password as you wish.
