What model Toshiba Satellite....they are all different and use different drivers. It will be something lie P205-S169 or something similar. Just look on the bottom and there will be a tag and I'll point you in the right direction. Since the laptop has been reformatted, the drivers for the camera are probably lost and need to be downloaded and re-installed.
