I get a cylinder 2 misfire and when cylinder 2 was opened up.the plug was filled with water. Please what is the cause, the oil was recently drained and plugs changed
HI. Usually this will be accompanied by white smoke spewing form the tail pipe during acceleration and morning start up. The usual culprit will be a failed cylinder head gasket or a cracked cylinder wall. I would advise to have a compression test preformed on this engine , asap. This test will confirm that the block is indeed been compromised. Milky oil will be a very strong indicator of head gasket issues, as well. What I have stated so far will be the worst case scenarios. A minor cause will be a slightly damaged head threads at the affected plug. I do not suspect this , but it is possible.
How is the performance since you have had the oil drained and the plug replaced?
Sorry this issue was communicated wrongly. The water was not in the ignition area of the spark but the are where the plug spanner goes into (sorry again). Was getting concerned with all the responses about head gasket and all. Yesterday no water was registered but using ODK i get P0441 "evaporative emission system, purge flow", what does this error mean.
It has been on for a while. The issue of the delay in acceleration as a result of cylinder 2 misfire will be kept under monitor for a few days. ThaanksSorry this issue was communicated wrongly. Ok,this code indicates that a part of the EVAP control system is no longer functioning correctly. The EVAP system consists of many parts, including the gas cap, fuel lines, carbon canister, purge valve, and other hoses. The (EVAP) emission control system prevents the escape of fuel vapors from a vehicle's fuel system. Fuel vapors are routed by hoses to a charcoal canister for storage. Later, when the engine is running a purge control valve opens allowing intake vacuum to siphon the fuel vapors into the engine. EVAP emission canister purge is controlled by a valve which allows engine vacuum to pull stored fuel vapors from fuel tank into the engine to be burned, rather than be vented into the environment. A vacuum switch is used to detect when flow exists. If the PCM/ECM commands purge and detects that the switch is closed, The code P0441 is set.
The most likely causes for this code will be a bad vacuum switch, broken EVAP line or canister, Restricted EVAPsolenoid or canister, failed purge vale(likely cuprit) or a failed PCM. A bad purge valve connector could also cause a misreading, as well.Check all these areas for damage, including your leak detection pump(if equipped).Ok,this code indicates that a part of the EVAP control system is no longer functioning correctly. Then the cylinder head gasket is out of order (most probably), or in the most bad case the cylinder head is cracked! Obligatory you must remove the cylinder head out of the engine and inspect both cylinder head gasket & cylinder head!
The head gasket has a leak - a serious one. This is a critical fault , fix it immediately or you will damage your engine beyond repair. To replace the gasket the head of the engine must come off - this is a big repair, experience and proper tolls are mandatory,if you don't posses both then leave it to a pro.
So the part that had water on it is on the outside of the cylinder? That's a whole other story.
The water can arrive there from just 2 sources: 1 - if you're lucky one of the water pipes is leaking - start the engine and you will see the leak; relatively easy and cheap to fix. 2 - if you have been cursed by the gods the head of the engine is cracked and must be replaced - big problem, not so easy to fix(a shop visit is mandatory) and it will be very expensive (it will be cheaper to just replace the entire engine with a good used one that to buy a new head). And because the car behaves like it has an air leak thru a head crack my guess is that you are that unlucky and its time to prepare for a hefty repair bill.So the part that had water on it is on the outside of the cylinder? I check in there today and did not find any water again but the **** is still there. I am still wondering why the ****, the check light is back on my dashboard and i will use ODt to find out the error.
i'll post it here again once that is done.

Their is only one cause for this and iam sorry to tell you but thats the head gasket gone ,if you lucky and why do i say this ,well thats because if your unlucky its a cracked head ,so please do not shoot the messenger.their would be no other cause for this ,if it was a manifold gasket then it would be in more than one cylinder

What color was the oil before you had it drained?

For clarification the spark plug compartment of the second cylinder was filled with water but the plug ignition area did not have water on it.
Sorry if this was misleading...

Sorry i am not really a car tech here so you might have to explain a bit more to me.
I don't understand all you said
Thanks.
