SNS on Raypak heaters means the following: 1. Water temp is below 36 degrees F, or above 110 degrees F. 2. The sensor contains 2 thermistors. If they are more than 2 degrees aparts, an SNS failure will occur. Replace sensor. 3. Loose or corroded connection at P1 on the main CPU board (right behind the LCD screen) 4. If the sensor is not mounted ALL THE WAY into the JACO fitting (on top of the header) it will give a false reading. It is more likely than not, that you need to replace the temperature sensor. Part number 009577F.
