I got the opteka vl-100 halogen light yesterday and have tried charging it all day and for some reason it won't turn on. the green light is lit up on the charger but there is not any sign indicating that it is plugged in. i bought it brand new so there shouldnt be anything wrong with it, but it didnt come with any instructions so i have to help me figure it out. any suggestions?

I had the same problem. i figured out i didnt have the 15 amp fuse in. Its a blue fuse just like the one you use in your car. fuse goes in the slot to the left of the power LED's. this solved my problem hopefully it solves your problem.
