I got the Zojirushi BBCC-X20 bread machine for Christmas this year. It has only made hockey pucks. The bottom is hard and burned. I have tried two different kinds of yeast and both whole wheat and white flour. I have measured very carefully and followed the recipes very carefully. After five bad loaves, I don't know what to do. I took the machine back to the store where I bought it and was told I need to change the memory. He suggested that I take out two kneadings. Why can't I use it the way it came? I bought 5 machines for my children this Christmas. The other ones seem to work find. This is not my first bread machine. I had an older Zojirushi (vertical loaf) for many years that made beautiful bread for me
