Computers & Internet - D-Link - DIR-615 Wireless Router
Have you restarted you dlink since this problem has started? Can you give me the full model number of you dlink so I may research that router a bit? There may be some configuration setting int he dlink that is causing the problem. Did the Xbox automatically pick up an IP the first time it connected or did you configure an IP, subnet mask and gateway IP?
I am sorry that this has been so trying. I know network issues can be very vexing. Let me take a good look at the dlink. We will get into the configuration and see if it has to be set up to take on multiple units.

I have attached a link for the product manual. I need you to download the manual and go through the web based configuration utility of the Dlink and make sure you have the settings the way you want them. If you xbox and laptop can only connect one at a time, but can both connect, then the problem is in the configuration of the dlink. Then go through the IP configuration on both the laptop and xbox. I can help you with the laptop utility. I am not very familiar with the xbox. Sorry, there is too much information for me to even begin to send the instructions directly. I can give you more if you want me to email you the manual.
Let me know if you have specific questions about anything you are doing and I will help you through it. I will be watching for your reply. Let start with looking at the Dlink web based configuration utility.
