I had a Master jam while making a new master. Code A-04-303

I have removed the discarded master, but I can't open the drum cylinder, or the master cylinder.

Under the drum and master unit is there a round openning .Take a sckrew driver and push it in there to unlock the master and drum.Remove the jam and switch riso off and on.
