Report "I had a paper jam in my shredder because I put the paper in at an angle and, when it pulled it in, the paper was folded. I went forward and backward a number of times, cut part of the paper off, then finally got some needle-nose pliers to pull the rest out. Now my shredder is locked and will not let me turn it on. How do I unlock it"
