Report "I had connected my flipvideo to my laptop, when I was finished I clicked on 'remove hardware' sign, as instructed. A mesage popped up to say it was safe to remove the flip from my usb port, however the flip still said it was connected as I removed it (obviously you can't see this when it is in your usb port. Now it will not turn on, will not charge and is not recognised by my laptop. Help!"
