I had my transmission put in and my check engine light and d4 on my colum flashes and i have taken it to a repair place to find out and get it fixed but i have had to go back 6 times and i have talked to my auto repair friends and they think its the computer

If you just had a new trany put in, What was wrong with the old one? Are thay saying the trany broke the computer?
A. Fuse
B. Something was not pluged back in.
C. A wires was damaged when trany was instaled.
D. Corrision in plugs**
E. Bad computer
