I have 2 KEF Q35 speakers, i have them wired up as normal on the outside ports, but there are another set of wiring ports labelled HF (one positive one negative) what are these for? please help!!
These are quite common, and are just separate connection for each speaker in the enclosure. Just bridge the connections red to red and black to black with cable (use something like 5amp house wiring cable) and then connect your cable from your amplifier to one of the "ports" See http://www.brilliancehifi.co.uk/how-to-bi-wire-speakers.htm As you can see you could "biwire" if you wanted go further and improve the sound quality
