I have 2 Motorola T5000s and 1 T4500 that came together in a set years ago. The two T5000s seem to connect to each other fine, and the T4500 receives messages and signals from the T5000, but does not seem to voice transmit in return to the T5000. In other words, I cannot hear anything on the 5000 when I talk on the 4500, but can hear on the 4500 when I talk on the 5000. It's like the 4500 can receive but not send. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Check your interference eliminator code (aka PL, private line, or code). It is likely set to zero (off) on the T5000s and set to a different number on the T4500s. They must match to work together. Otherwise the one with code turned on will not recognize the other one.
