I have 2003 Saturn ion I used the cigarette lighter to pump up my tire didn't start the car that's on me no the car turns over once and won't do anything after the battery is brand new any suggestions
You bought the battery before or after you drained it dead? Sounds like you have to charge the battery for a good 6 to 8 hours at a low amp charge. The longer the charging time at low amps will bring your battery back to full cold cranking amps. Also make sure your battery connects are clean, this is very important
Your battery is definitely dead. Jump start the car, or charge the battery. If the volt gauge is less that 12v or the charge light is on, with car running, you have charging issues...probably alternator.

It's charging back up its self could it possibly be a fire of some sort
Ooops fuse of some sort sorry
Disconnect the battery, wait for 10-15 min then reconnect. It should reset any shortings.
