I HAVE 89 16 VALVE Turbo that wont start. Turns over< have spark at all cylinders, New fuel pumps and filter but no fuel in the fuel rail! Fuse is good, only thing left is the Relay??
You can tell how to put a jumper across the relay primary by looking at the diagram on the side of the relay. But your problem is probably the fuel pump safety cut off. It is different on different cars, and I don't know where it is on a Saab. But I can tell you some cars use an oil pressure switch for this, and you can tell because it will have more than 1 wire then. Some cars like VW use the alternator, and a bad alternator will do it. Others, like Jaguar, use an inertial switch. It can be behind a kick panel, in the engine compartment, or even in the trunk on Ford. The idea is you want the fuel pump to cut off in an accident.
