Print fuse and relay diagrams off the internet for the fuse box in the car and the junction box under the hood. Disconnect the battery and check them. You should be able to tell by looking at them whether they are burnt or moisture damaged. My eyes usually require a flashlight to shine through them. They are cheap and easy to replace so it won't hurt to replace one you suspect. They are number/color coded and have various sizes. Another possibility is a short or loose connection. Is your radio aftermarket? If the fuses don't work, push into the tiny holes on the radio to pop it out and check it.

Ok thanks ill do that nect
Check and see if you have a blown fuse. If the speedometer is electronic, and not cable driven, it could be a blown fuse.
