I have a 03 monte carlo, installed new intake gasket, radiator, thermostat, and fuel pump. Noticed fans aren't coming on and car still tries to run hot. Testing fuses I found no power to pcm fuse, any advice?

Have you tried hot wiring the fans to see if they work? Also a continuity test on the wiring to the fans? Usually 1 fan is used in normal driving and the 2nd fan comes on when the a/c is running. Also the temperature sensor is in that circuit which can also cause this issue.
