I have a 04 Trx 250 recon. I get into high rpm and the motor cuts out and it sounds like someone puts a silencer over the exhaust. I've had carb cleaned. I'm seriously stumped on this

Male sure the air intake tract is clear and the filter is CLEAN... Make sure you have the correct spark plug.. make sure its a "R" plug..(resistor) and gapped at .032" - .035". Make sure the float level is correct.
